Simple Future Tense<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sentence formation follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n 1st<\/sup> Person<\/strong>\n <\/td>\n I shall\/will\n = I\u2019ll \n <\/td>\n We\n shall\/will = We\u2019ll \n <\/td><\/tr>
\n 2nd<\/sup> Person<\/strong>\n <\/td>\n You will\/shall\n = You\u2019ll\n <\/td>\n You will\/shall\n = You\u2019ll\n <\/td><\/tr>
\n 3rd<\/sup> Person<\/strong>\n <\/td>\n He will =\n He\u2019ll\n <\/td>\n  \n <\/td><\/tr>
\n  \n <\/td>\n She will\n = She\u2019ll\n <\/td>\n They will\n = They\u2019ll \n <\/td><\/tr>

Uses of The Simple Future Tense:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. It is used for simple future actions\/commitments:<\/strong> We shall\npractice hard to win the competition.   \nShe will remember me forever.<\/em><\/li>
  2. It is used with the point of time:<\/strong> Next Tuesday,\nour website will be functional.    Next\nweek, the government will clear all the pending dues of the recipients. Next\nmonth, we shall fly to the USA.<\/em><\/li>
  3. It is used with In + Period:<\/strong> They will\narrive in two hours.    I shall return\nyour book in a week.<\/em><\/li>
  4. Going to\nFuture:<\/strong> It is going to rain soon.    Are\nyou going to help me or not?<\/em> <\/li>
  5. We use \u2018shall\u2019\nfor determination and the same way the determination is normally expressed by\n\u2018will\u2019: Sometimes public speakers and others believe in using \u2018shall\u2019 instead\nof \u2018will\u2019 to express the determination. They feel that it is a heavier word. <\/strong>
    1. I am sure you shall win this competition. <\/em><\/li><\/ol>
      1. You shall have your share after you complete your job.\n<\/em><\/li><\/ol>
        1. We will, we will rock you (a popular song, sung by\nFreddie Mercury, Queen). <\/em><\/li><\/ol>
          1. We will not (won\u2019t) accept his terms under any\ncircumstances. <\/em><\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          2. It is used\nto express the speaker\u2019s assumptions, opinions, speculations about the future.\nSuch sentences may be introduced by verbs, such as <\/strong>be afraid,\nbelieve, assume, daresay, be\/feel sure, expect, know, hope, doubt, think, suppose,\nwonder.<\/em> They may be accompanied by adverbs, such as <\/strong>probably,\nperhaps, surely, possibly,<\/em> but can also be used without them:<\/strong>
            1. (I\u2019m sure)\nshe\u2019ll agree to this proposal<\/li><\/ol>
              1. (I suppose)\nthey won\u2019t be able to meet the deadline of the project.<\/li><\/ol>
